Targeted - We listen to and understand what our clients are specifically looking for and send high quality CVs that match their criteria. We are equally at home discussing with the partners or the recruitment team and make effective use of everyone's time.

Informed - It is rare that we will make an introduction to our clients before shaking hands with the candidate first ourselves. This initial meeting is where we will gather as much relevant information as possible so that from the outset, we are focused on the key factors.

International - We have long-standing contacts across our network and can provide assistance no matter where the vacancy is based. Our primary geographical location is naturally London (where our office is based), but we have demonstrable experience in working on roles with the higher tier firms based in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
